Entries should be delivered to Weeting Village Hall, Saxon Place, Weeting, on Saturday 17th NOVEMBER between 12.30pm and 6.30pm or by arrangement only on Sunday between 9am and 9.30pm. NO ENTRIES CAN BE ACCEPTED OUTSIDE THE TIMES STATED. Entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis.

Pictures and photographic work must be framed and ready for hanging with ring hooks, wire or cord. Name of entrant, selling price or not for sale (NFS) notice must attached to back of ALL entries. Space for 3-D work is limited. Please contact Alma Moore if exhibiting large items.

Artists must collect unsold work on Sunday 18th November 2007 between 4pm and 5pm. Settlement for sold work will be by cheque within 14 days of the exhibition.
There will be no charge for entering work, but Weeting Village Hall will charge 20% on all sales. Money from sales will be put towards the Weeting Village Hall refurbishment programme.Craft tables are at a flat rate of £6.00 with no percentage on sales.
